Mike Sauerwald lives with his wife, Kim, in Taylorsville, NC.  Born in Maryland, they moved to NC 7 years ago.  They enjoy the beauty of all the regions mountains.

Mike has always had a strong interest in woodworking.  He has made many gifts for lucky family members and friends over the years, but found his niche with the art of creating cutting boards. He uses exotic woods from all over the world and precision pieces them to create beautiful works of art.
