Return and Shipping Policy
Returns and exchanges gladly accepted if the following conditions are met:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and
- Ship back within 14 days of delivery
Customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us for a paid return label.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we are aware of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We choose the best service for your product from the following options:
- FedEx Ground
- USPS Priority
- UPS Ground
Shipment to PO Boxes
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipment.
We use USPS Priority International. Average delivery is within 10 business days of shipment.
You are responsible for any and all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking – Domestic and International
You will receive a shipment confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 1 business day.
