Duck River, Tennessee!

Our beautifully detailed, laser engraved and precision cut map of Duck River in Tennessee with the following interesting stats carved into it:

Length: 284 Miles

The river is home to more than 650 species, more than found in all of the streams of Europe combined. It is also the source of water for a quarter million Tennesseans in the seven counties along its main stem.

The waterway is home to more than six hundred fifty species, exceedingly found in all of the streams of Europe combined! It is also the wellspring of water for a quarter million Tennesseans in the seven counties along its primary downstream segment!

The beautiful Duck River meanders through two hundred eighty-four miles of Middle Tennessee, deriving from an area well known as the Highland Rim, at an altitude of approximately one thousand two hundred feet! This region was the traditional habitation of the Chickasaw Native Americans, known as fierce warriors, as averse to their dearest relatives the Choctaw, who were a more pastoral tribe.

The Duck follows a meandering course from east to west. The largest conurbation on the Duck River is Columbia, with a population of some forty thousand! Or else, it proceeds in flowing through mainly bucolic uninhabited regions of Tennessee's Central Basin and Western Highland Rim!

It remains attached with the Little Duck River, a minor tributary, in Old Stone Fort State Park in the city of Manchester. The park is named after one of the oldest (two thousand years old) freestanding Amerindian structures in North America! Evidence shows that this expanse of Tennessee has been populated by Native Americans for approximately eight thousand years!
